YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS WHEN BOOKING OR PURCHASING

APPOINTMENT POLICY

  • A $15 non refundable deposit is required to book! This goes towards the cost of your service. ( if you decide to cancel your appointment your deposit is non refundable , you will not recieve it back )

  • No deposit. No appointment Cash only 💵

  • YOU are the only one allowed at your appt.! 

  • Please arrive on time to your appt.

  • If your deposit isn't paid 2 hours after booking, your appointment will be canceled.

  • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I will cancel your appointment and you will have to reschedule. You will also lose your deposit. 

  • Schedule your fill in EVERY 2 weeks! I ADVISE TO BOOK 2 WEEKS A HEAD .

  • Removals must be scheduled in a separate appointment . They can’t be combined with another lash service .

  • Please arrive with clean lashes.

  • NO MAKE UP!!!!

  • No caffeine 2 hrs before your appt! This causes your eyes to jump during application.

  • Take lash nap! They’re the best! ♥️

  • Please be advised that no ones eyelashes will look the same.



Please bring desired amount. I do not carry change! Please come with clean lashes and no eye make up! Also please no  caffeine 2 hrs before your appointment .



Please be advised that you’re the only one allowed at your appt and if you’re more than 15 min late , it will result in the CANCELLATION of your appt! 


And please don’t arrive more than 5 min early to your appt!!!

SHIPMENT POLICY 

Order processing could take up to 1-3 business days. After processing is complete, your order ships out within 1-3 business days. You should receive your order no later than 7-10 business days (weekends excluded).

Please make sure your mailing address, phone number, and name are correct before check out along with the correct products that you would like.

We ship out through USPS and shipping is calculated upon location.

NO RETURNS/REFUND

All sales are final!

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds nor exchanges. Once you submit your order, there is no refund or exchanges unless there's a valid reason.If it has been eight business days (excluding weekends) and your order hasn't been shipped out, a store credit refund is issued immediately.i

No cash refunds will be given. A store credit refund will be issued. A code will be generated and emailed to you in a form of a gift card.

UNDER THE FDA ACT LAW: NO LASHES CAN BE RETURNED NOR RE-SOLD ONCE IN A CUSTOMERS POSSESSION!

Please understand, all products have been tested. We are not responsible for any damaged products once the products is in your possession.

Also, by submitting and completing your purchase, you are authorizing that specific order/transaction. When submitting your purchase, you are confirming that you are aware of that specific transaction and you are giving consent for that transaction to be completed.
